FAQ
What's the difference between a custom order and a wholesale order?
Wholesale orders are bulk purchases of our existing collegiate styles. Custom orders are knit to your group's own design, colors, or crest. For wholesale, see our Product Details page.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. We'll send a size chart, and you can submit a size breakdown before production.
Will I see the design before you knit it?
Always. You'll approve a digital mockup, and larger orders receive a knit sample first.
