Shipping Information
Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 weeks. Some of our products are fulfilled through our distribution partner; processing times can vary depending on item availability. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you track your package.
Shipping Delays: While we work hard to meet our estimated shipping windows, occasional delays may occur due to distributor stock levels, high order volume, or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at lori@college-theory.com, and we'll look into it for you.
Shipping Rates: All standard orders have a flat shipping rate of $15 USD, orders over $200 USD qualify for free shipping.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Since we do not offer refunds, we're happy to offer exchanges to make sure you get the right fit or item.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all original tags attached

Requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at lori@college-theory.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value.
Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at lori@college-theory.com if you need to cancel.
